1. Be prepared for your raid and ready to be summoned AT LEAST 10 minutes before your raid. This means that invites will start as early as 20 minutes before a raid. If you are not ready 10 minutes after the start time, we will replace you. We understand that sometimes there are things that will keep you from getting here on time. However, we must remain fair and respect the time of those raiders that showed up on time. Also, if we end up pugging raiders and guild members show up late, the pugs stay and the late guild members sit out.
2. Be willing to stay the entire raid if you have signed up. Excessive afks or ninja afking is behavior not considerate of the 24 other people that have to wait on you. Any instance of ninja afking will result in immediate replacement if one is available. You have one minute to return before you are auto-ported to the nearest graveyard.
3. Make sure that your gear is fully repaired and that you have any consumables that will be needed. All raiders are expected to be using top-end gems/enchants, flasks/elixers as well as food for every progression attempt. Please bring your own consumables - even food (in case you miss the feast).
4. Only the Raid Leader and his assistants/class leads should be talking during the raid boss encounters. I realize that we're here all to have a good time and I DON'T want to take away from that. However, that being said, let's try to maintain some vent discipline so that the raid leaders can talk to each other during fights and during the explanation of fights.
5. You are REQUIRED to post whether or not you can attend 25 man raids using the in game Group Calendar or the website. If you don't post, the Raid leader will assume that you will NOT be attending the raid. Keep in mind this does not mean you have to attend every event, we just need to know if you can or cannot as it is common courtesy for your fellow Guildmates. Failure to post for four raid events or two No Shows will result in disciplinary action.
6. If you have a suggestion, comment or criticism of something your Raid Leader is (or isn't) doing, send him a tell regarding it. Raid Chat, Vent, and heaven forbid, guild chat are NOT the places to do this.
7. Raiding is a privilege, not a right. Do not expect a raid spot every night, no matter who you are. We often have more raiders than spots. Players are chosen based on: performance, attitude, raid composition, and reliability. Please do not take it personal if you do not get a spot, and feel free to whisper me (Groshnak) if you are not sure why you sat out. No whining please. Groshnak eats whiners.
8. We may at any time decide to make changes to raid composition and ask you to step out for someone else for the sake of progression. We expect every single raider to have a "raid first" mentality and be willing to make these adjustments. _________________
